This site is all about low GI foods and low GI recipes. I wanted somewhere to collect all the information for low GI foods and recipes that I find. I’m going to try to make up my own collection of recipes so I need some place to store them. Can’t think of a better place than right here and you can help yourself to what I’ve found if you like.
I’m firstly looking for breakfast recipes, mostly breakfast is a bit of a rush, so the recipes need to be the kind that are quick to prepare or something that can be prepared ahead of time.
So first up is the good ol’ banana smoothie, who doesn’t like a banana smoothie, well I guess those who don’t like bananas, not to worry, if you are one of those, we’ll find something else for you. How about substituting the bananas for any other fruit you like, let’s be creative…….
