I found this grilled ham and cheese recipe, if you can call it a recipe. Have never thought of this snack as needing a recipe but here it is and included in the low GI recipes too, I love ham and cheese, so am very happy to be including it here on my low GI recipe blog.
Grilled Ham and Cheese
2 slices 100% whole wheat bread (stone-milled)
2 wedges The Laughing Cow® light cheese
2 oz lean deli ham

It does taste good too which is even better, I can still have my favorite snack and know I’m staying within the low GI diet plan, now how good is that.
